      Pays in time, Good Salary, Benefits and offers Green Card Processing.

      Cons

      No Personal Life and no professional behavior at work. You will feel like going to school and reporting your attendance to head master every day..... Need to work like Slave for 24/7. Management listens to only certain leads and doesn't care about rest of the employees. Leads try to torture the resources to the maximum extent possible.

      Pros

      Small company so not too many layers to reach top-level management. No pressure on performance as we see in big corporates. as long as you have a project , you are good.

      Limited client list so if some project is gone,position is gone
