Pros
Working with the faculty and students at ITT was the primary reason I was there for 5 years. The focus on student learning and success was always key.
Cons
The campus management and HQ seemed only to be interested in their own bottom line. Suggestions and needed improvements were ignored. Our department had to fight for e dry thing we could for our students.
