Pros
Promote within the Company, benefits are good , great insurance and the tuition reimbursement is great ! Also the Company is really involved with United Way and there are opportunities to become involved in young professional network to help new employees learn about other ITW Divisions it's a great networking experience.
Cons
Long hours if in Management and beyond office hours, not a work/life balance Company. Sometimes upper Management does not really get involved with the day to Day production operations, I think it's important to meet the people that are working in production and not just getting to know the Managers or Supervisors
