Pros

If you have a vision or idea people listen here with an open mind. Managers and employees have extensive experience. It is a 9-to-5 job and unless a special project is going on which means you are home early and regularly. Initiative is well received and team members work hard together to figure out all the pieces of the puzzle. People are willing to teach and cross-train functionally to share responsibilities and workflow.

Cons

Sometimes the scope of the project is lost if it gets too overwhelming or the big picture is not taken into account. Work builds up very easily unless you push back. Problems are assigned almost on an individual basis so if you don’t figure it out in September then it’s going to still be waiting for you in February of next year. However they do listen when you say that you need help and provide assistance so you can get the most important things done. Too soon to tell if change has a larger impact on workflow and benefits for all.

Pros

Great co-workers; smart people who are dedicated to doing good work. There is a general kindness and everyone seems willing to help each other.

Cons

The pay is low, and everyone seems stretched thin. There is little structure to ensure local leaders follow good practices. Evaluation of performance tends to be highly subjective. There seems to be very little management of the management.
