Cons
Different departments make up their own rules which are not consistent with company policy. Lots of bullying goes unnoticed, Certain employees pass their workload onto others and get away with doing very little. Certain managers lack real management skills and prefer to listen to gossip and refuse to see the true picture. Some departments are run professionally but unfortunately the customer services office was an unfriendly environment and the manager un-approachable. Appraisals focussed on the few negatives and the many positives went completely unnoticed. Working here caused me to have a nervous breakdown for the first time in my life. I truly regret working here.
