They will keep you employed for a short time and make you feel like you have something when in truth there is no future here
Cons
They put alcoholics in key positions at this company so they can use them to start arguments with other employees. This gives them the excuse to fire anyone they please. These alcoholics are used when dealing with the breweries where they like to drink all night. The alkies will tell any lie to make themselves look good and when it is more convenient than telling the truth or to get someone fired. For engineers and service people there is no future at this company. Management knows all this and is a party to conspiracies to eliminate people they don't like. Just like the alcoholics they employ this company is highly dysfunctional.
