Antiquated legacy systems, very poor upper management who are reactive rather than proactive. Expect one person to wear too many hats. They expect one person to do three peoples job and then get all high and mighty about people not performing. No process documentation or work instructions in any ways. Projects are Done for the sake of doing projects. They talk about a collaborative work place but upper management do not follow it. The company has an extremely toxic work culture with gossip and favouritism rampant in the business. You need to have a really strong attitude to survive here. The work culture is sink or swim and they definitely set you up for failure.
