- No structure, there's 0 structure within this company internally. - Asking too much, for the price they are paying. - Bad habits, very poor company culture. Maybe due to a lack of moving around in the real world and being stuck in a singular company for many years. Some big egos exist that haven't faced reality in a long time. - Too sales driven. - They have a huge lack of understanding of the role, what it entails and how expansive it is. It is clear their lack of knowledge, and Innovation immaturity, is holding them back. - They can't handle someone who is thorough with their work, because they are lazy and stuck in their ways.
