Look somewhere else, bad company. - Engineering Sales ITW Employee Review

This division of ITW is toxic. The company performance is below satisfactory. For the past 3 years they have not been profitable. Over the past 2 years more than a dozen employees have left the company due to new management. They recently removed the whole Engineering department due to low revenue generated by the company. Management doesnt understand how to run a component company that strives on new engineering design. Very political, unorganized, and toxic environment is the reason why the company is doing poorly in sales. All the employees have a dark outlook due the annual cuts the company has done over the past years. Below average pay grade.
