Pros
This job is literally one of a kind. I've never worked somewhere with as tight of a group of people as this. Everyone shares the load, but everyone shares the reward. There are ample amount of opportunities to learn something new, and, if you need help, there is a support system like no other. Be prepared though, you will stay busy. This isn't a job where you can slack off, but if you're up to the challenge, it will benefit you tenfold. Also, the benefits are 12/10 amazing.
Cons
There are a few things to note. The schedule is tight. They are good about getting you time off when you request it/need it, but just know that with the small group of people, when you take off everyone else carries your weight (and vice versa). Feelings matter. This isn't a job for a drone. This will be your family, and you need to consider the feelings of others/consequences of the way you act/speak. Holidays are few and far between, but if you need to work from home, they are understanding. On-Call and after-hours work is sometimes required, but again, the team is understanding, and won't leave you out to dry.
