The downsides far outweigh the benefits: there is no work-life balance, management lacks clear direction which often leads to duplicated work, communication is poor, and micromanagement is prevalent. There’s also a clear lack of trust from the UK team, which creates a stressful and demotivating environment.

Nice culture, teammates, and working atmosphere.

Self-development is encouraged most of the time.
