Pros
Respectful and productive atmosphere with many opportunities to collaborate with fellow employees. You're always going to have some stress when dealing with deadlines and customers but I didn't feel that it was excessive and didn't experience any drama or issues internally. I felt appreciated
Cons
I felt that at the time we were a little short staffed so multiple hats had to be worn (..however I believe this has improved). Because it's a small company, there didn't feel like a lot of room for growth and at times I felt pigeonholed into a job that I wasn't necessarily hired for.
