      Pros

      It's nice working with my co-workers because they're very supportive. I dealt with great clients as well.

      Cons

      All the good things come from the people around me and never the company itself. The management does not provide training for the employees nor does it give us any support. There's no space growth and advancement because the managers don't care about improving and investing in the employees. To top it all off, the salary offered is terrible.

      Pros

      Warm and welcoming environment filled with some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. Extremely transparent higher-ups and everyone is willing to help one another. I learned a lot about advertising from every department.
