Pros
Great benefits and good pay for a starting job at an agency. Lunch is always included when you go in office (once a week). Lots of holidays off, team outings and dinners, the list goes on. Safety and health is a huge priority here. I love the people here. I have a voice regardless of my job title, and the same goes for everyone else. There is a great feeling of support from colleagues and from upper management. Managers always want what's best for employees and always encourage to reach out if you feel like you are drowning in work. You will not be judged for asking for help. Projects here are crazy cool to work on. I'm never bored.
Cons
Work / Life balance is a little tricky to maneuver sometimes. If you cannot handle a fast working environment this is probably not the place for you.
