Good benefits. Fair compensation. People were friendly, good organization-wide training.

Cons

Bad timing for me: manager did not have time respond to emails, answer questions, or attend regular meetings. She was frequently away. Most employees were stressed out, and didn't have time to attend meetings. I was dismissed me after 7-weeks without warning (& without cause).

Pros

Salary, benefits, feel-good atmosphere, doing good work for good people, large place many employees, food on site. Many women in leadership.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Unethical and bullying CEO--where did she come from anyway? There are many women in leadership and they are terrible to their employees. This organization does not promote success or value hard work. They are very looks oriented and closed. It is nepotistic and loaded with favoritism. There are lots of cover ups. It is a defensive environment. Many people are hired on contracts and discarded like nothing. There is no structure or push for excellence. The culture is terrible. They eat their own. They have no value on long term employees. Communication is terrible. Perhaps it would be a good time to consider getting communications / branding lessons from the foundation.
