Pros
Great for personal development and developing drive, grit and leadership and communication skills. Hard working people and inspiring atmosphere.
Cons
Commission only, not clear during induction. A lot of travel costs as days are spent travelling around London. On your feet walking door to door for 8+ hours a day, would work 6 day weeks leaving at 8am and arriving home at 11pm. Can end up largely out of pocket and money you earn can be taken out of paychecks a month or two later. If you don't have backup funds/need a job to pay bills don't work here or you'll most likely end up in debt or in a worse situation.
