      Pros

      The company is located in a nice building.

      Cons

      They hire everybody who send resume without considering if she/he is suitable for this position and this caused problem for me. They do not have project manager. Nobody has enough knowledge there about what they are doing. Team lead never has time for anybody. They tricked on me when I was sick to refuse to pay my money.

      Very fair salary compensation. Awesome international team fluent and very versed in English too. Really fun, relaxed atmosphere Free workhour scheduling. Very nice, luminous offices

      Cons

      The self pronounced horizontal and partially flat organization structure is something that one has to personally like. Can only speak for the development team floor.
