The best reasons to work here are that today, jobs are hard to come by and it's a paycheck. Until they have a layoff and you are the one of the unlucky people who then don't have a paycheck.
The other employees are dedicated, smart and usually very nice.
Cons
Management doesn't care about the employees, unless you are a friend of management. Most people here would quit in a minute if the job market was better.
