Still had horrible dream of it,Completely unorganized,no standards,just keep making profit to them,still having pending salary.gone to 1 project and have to spend my pennies there for about 1k,no hra,ta,da....no leave we had on holi diwali,salary was 8kpm,ask you for overtime,no five day weekend...specially they bluff all belonging to iitk....which they dont belong.our whole fresh recruited guys were bluffed from this,have solid one sided bond like...cant work with competiting company for next two years even after completing bond,can thro u out nytime,4 days annual leave(2sick+2elective),bad atitude management..and mostly all belongs to a family and organisation except my batch fresh recruitment.no work defined for anyonesoftware engineer can gotodesert field area for field area like me..so be prepared.no training at all.,no cafeteria,bakery inside and even outside till 1 km.no background in embedded.all outsourced and stickerd up.
