      Can be a little disorganized and struggles to translate high level objectives to a plan of action at low levels.

      - Great leadership in all levels; - Only brilliant colleagues (the most brilliant team I have ever worked with). - Highly engaging projects. - Competitive compensations.

      Cons

      Sometimes the amount of work can be a little bit overwhelming, what requires some extra hours of work sometimes. But the leadership is always open for adjustments on the workload.
