Pros
Work life balance, some great people on the floor, clean, jobs aren't difficult for the pay you receive. Place is definitely improving as time goes on, now would be a good time to start here.
Cons
Lack of communication between departments, few people in management really don't belong, not everyone is treated fairly, & expect the worst training you've ever had... the training packets are pointless and nobody learns that way. Training dept needs a new lead that's not a jerk & training plans that actually make sense to the employees that do them. Also corporate keeps claiming to make the health insurance plan better, but it's gotten so much worse.
