      The Iberia plus team is awful to work with, they are dismissive with collaborators, finger choose and fire agencies which they pressure and try to fool, and love to hold control of everything stepping on other people's heads.

      Always have a new set of products to work at every store everyday and you get to do a lot of problem solving.

      Cons

      A lot of driving and stores changing displays on you when you have the product.
