Pros
I spent more than 10 months working with the Ibericus team. The CEO Patricia is the most caring and charismatic woman I’ve ever met, really focuses on developing each person individually and pushing them to be the best person they can be, same as the rest of the team. I went back to my country to help my parents grow my business and thanks to what I learned with the team during my stay at Ibericus, I was able to manage more than 20 people when I came back. I developed leadership skills, learned how to deal with rejection (I was not the best in the beginning) and to have fun with a great environment by improving my communication skills. There are team members that have travelled more than 25 countries and have the best stories to tell! Really fun vibes. You really gotta be a proactive person and learn from others, because that’s how the team members are.
Cons
It is really unfortunate that there are some new people that don’t match with the team energy and they can’t hold themselves to the standards that Ibericus has. I saw people come and go in the early stages that don’t wanna put in the work. I guess that is normal since not everyone wants to put in the same effort to get to the next step. This is not a 9 to 5 job so forget about getting paid a basic salary. I used to make an average of 1.5k per week so get to work if you really wanna succeed here.
