      Team oriented environment, everyone is important, results-driven workplace, CEO is down to earth and supportive, A lot of respect for individuals

      Cons

      Because of the small team environment, everyone carries a lot of responsibility. This can be a con for most but not for me as I enjoy a good challenge.

      Pros

      Nice working environment. Good coordination between the management. Work from Home Option: Software Developers can start their own business or work from home. Many people, especially women with kids or dependents have chosen to work from the convenience of their own home. It saves them travel time and babysitting expense.

      Cons

      Difficult Work: Being a Software Developer is not easy; the job/assignment is highly complicated and complex. Work expectation are high from user perspective
