If you build a good team it can be great and enjoyable to work there, good experience for customer service and interaction

Terrible head office and regional management - frequent mistreatment, high (often unachievable) KPIs, focus only on sales - even if it means not looking after customers properly, poor quality merchandise, price points and specials change with no notice, ridiculous pressure from regional and national managers and CEOs, overall terrible work environment
