Company cries poor market performance and uses this as a reason to refuse bonuses for "low level" employees, while simultaneously buying out a competitor and still posting about company growth. Expectation of pure perfect performance with above job description dedication, commitment , and extra support for clients - calls this "meets expectations" on review. Obtaining "exceeds expectations" in that review requires potentially hundreds of extra hours of work for a tiny reward. Management is more interested in maintaining relationships at all costs above transparency to clients leading to support staff becoming PR agents and whipping boys when exceptional circumstances arise.
