Pros

Better remuneration compared to the public sector. Colleagues are hardworking, supportive and a genuine pleasure to work with. The role pushes you to work efficiently and to a high standard, ultimately making you a better RT.

Cons

Work environment is heavily dependent on your direct manager, which can feel unpredictable. Time and work pressures are relentless with little work-life balance. Career progression feels workplace-dependent rather than merit-based, and staff frequently work beyond their grade level.

Pros

social gatherings occasionally and have coffee machine for staff

Cons

Poor management and decision-making with little consideration for the admin team. The work culture is unhealthy, marked by ego-driven leadership, lack of trust, favoritism, gossip, intimidation, and feedback that is not genuinely heard. Adjust employee salary to what they should be based on work experience or the standards of the international company itself because the current ones are not comparable to what the public sector should be, so many Icon employees have submitted their resignations after seeing no clarity from their company.
