My experience so far has been very positive, as long as you can make outbound calls every 5-10 minutes, everyone for the most part will let you do your thing your own way. Working at home is always a plus, there is an occational meeting in the office but for me it is always nice to get out of the office and meet the team! There is a good attitude with a mindset to improve.

You cant be stagnant always have to have a good attitude and have the willingness to improve.

Good exposure to tendering, estimation, marketing, client management etc. Top management is very supportive. Will give you ample opportunities to grow if you ll show your skills.

Low salary, Lack of coordination and support from middle management
