Lack of Ethics Galore - Anonymous employee Iconic Group Employee Review

Managers were unreliable Constant turn around during 2 month season Hectic time of year with little help from mall I personally at the time was only paid time and a half one week out of the 8 weeks Awful, awful upper management. Upper management lady personally called me on my cell and threatened me for an on site ordeal that took place without management present. I'm not sure if this is present at every site but all the photos that weren't selected (because we printed full packages at the time, without showing customers) were disposed of at the end of the season DIRECTLY in the mall dumpsters. No shredding. Absolutely be bewildering.
