Pros
Working at IconicCare offers flexibility and a work-life balance that is rare to come by as a healthcare provider. I am allowed to practice with a great deal of autonomy and flexibility in my rounding schedule, while still receiving desired support whenever needed. The patient care is fulfilling in that you get to develop relationships with patients throughout their admissions, and help them to successfully progress in their rehab leading up to discharge. I've also been able to continue to learn and add to my skill set over the years, which I really enjoy, becoming proficient in various joint injections, trigger point injections, and niche aspects of spasticity and pain management.

No major cons, this is a role and company that I see myself being a part of for the foreseeable future.
