Pros
Young team, start-up and relax environment, fruits and beverages, terrace for smokers and rooftop, top coffee every day, and some very cool team members. Good alternative if you looking for a first job or have no much experience.
Cons
Not recommended for people with experience. The top management tend to threat you. I think the team leads were appointed by their time in the company, rather than knowledge or leader skills, so you deal with an unprofessional environment quite often.
