As my first real job i had the opportunity to discover a lot about consultancy and how it works even helping with project management in quite big project. It also offers a lot of occasion to improve your knowledge and if you are really motivated and passionated it give you the possibility to further discover new areas

Salary are quite low at standard but not bad if you sum up also production prizes and even not bad after some times. It starts now to have a kind of "company organization" in a way that the knowledge can be shared through all the teams in the company. Sometimes working on different projects with different project managers it means working also on night due to lack of organization (it does not happen so much)

Environment is quite friendly, all people are young.

Incredibly low salaries for being a consultant company. My collegues were not prepared enough. The company seems to employ cheap employees with basic knowledge of SQL language. They offer no or just limited growth prospects. The skill set of your collegues strongly depends on the team you get involved. I got in touch with a couple of people who knew what they did, but those were exceptions.
