Friendly colleagues, nice management and good work environment with time flexibility

There aren't any that I've noticed so far...

I feel very proud to be one of the most experienced employee of Ictect. I love it here because the culture and environment enables a good match between my strengths and my responsibilities. I have the freedom to find and implement my own role and everyone is ready to listen. There are no strict rules just for the sake of having them, which gives me the opportunity to handle the projects the way I think is optimal. As Associate Delivery Manager, I work very closely with our US counterparts, which has given me valuable insights into a different culture and working approaches. We work really hard but we have fun doing it and we always keep the atmosphere warm and supportive for everyone. Every day I find new things that make Ictect a great place to work ensuring perfect work-life balance.
