      Good team spirit. People like to collaborate and help each other out.

      Cons

      No structure. No clear direction to staff. Very confusing instructions on assignments. Lot's of big talk with little action from management.

      I enjoyed working with most of my coworkers and getting to know different industries and people that the company works with. I gained a lot of experience and built up my resume.

      Cons

      Your workload may be heavier during peak seasons and when I worked there it was difficult to get support or recognition for your hard work.
