      Pros

      Learning from Venu is the greatest experience I have had. He is very intelligent and always willing to take time out of his day to teach you if you are willing to learn. The benefits are good and they are very pro-military. Offer many opportunities for growth within the company. Listens to employees when it comes to process improvement or any feedback that is provided. You feel like management genuinely cares about you and what you have to say. This is a first for me.

      It is a small business so some of the administrative processes still need fine tuning.

      Hybrid schedule on Tuesday and Thursday. Flexibility on hours (sort-of)

      Cons

      - Years without a raise, despite consistently requesting performance reviews and meeting expectations. - Over time, the entire U.S. team was laid off or moved elsewhere, and replaced with developers in India. - Complete shift to offshore resources created major gaps in collaboration, time zones, and workload distribution. - Career growth and advancement felt nonexistent. - Lack of transparency around decisions that directly affected the team. - Entire San Antonio office was let go.
