Pros

Idea Hall is dedicated to its employees and has listened to feedback. The company has made a noticeable shift in their company culture and has taken great lengths to make it a fantastic place to work. I enjoy coming in (Tues/Thurs) and collaborating with my teammates, laughing and having fun. I appreciate the hybrid workplace where I can achieve a great work/life balance. The benefits are excellent, and the work is rewarding.

Cons

I have no cons to note.

Pros

The benefit offerings are top notch at Idea Hall. The most generous I have seen. Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/401(k)/Profit Sharing/Wellness Expense Reimbursement...the list goes on. State of the art tech and office space. Growing team of smart and fun people.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with the focus on growth means...hang on for a fun ride. It's easy to over-extend yourself so you must keep your work/life balance in check. The company fully supports the balance.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, our creative agency is fast-paced, but we do seek to find the right balance for our employees. We are glad you noticed our efforts in that area.

Pros

- Polished external brand and mission-driven messaging - Opportunities to observe or support business development efforts - Could be a fit for early-career professionals seeking agency experience

Cons

- Leadership operates like an exclusive inner circle - Little interest in new ideas or modern marketing practices - High expectations with minimal training or support - Blame culture disguised as collaboration - Internal culture doesn’t match what’s sold during the interview process - Focus on appearances and networking over meaningful progress
