Pros
Only pro is that the salary will be on time i.e., first three days of the month.
Cons
1. No job security.
2. Too much involvement of the management.
3. Cannot working peace as there will be lot of pressure from management to complete the projects with in 50 % of the time than the client awarded hours.
4. Caste based favorize. Will recruit unworthy people with very minimal knowledge just because of caste favorize.
5. Use and throw type. They will provide high salaries, but, soon after the project finishes, they fire them without any reason.
6. Cannot apply for any loans as this company is not registered.
7. No technical knowledge to the project managers.
8. No reward and recognition for the hard working employees.
