Pros
-free treatments for employees and discounts on beauty products -holidays and Sunday's off -most coworkers are great and the services are relatively easy and stress free for a job in nursing -new CEO in last few months may make good changes? Hopefully
Cons
-no management to handle customer issues until they are so upset they go to corporate or BBB (many customers get sent to collections when wishing to cancel services due to problems ignored) -insufficient training for treatment providers -constantly changing policies and procedures without clear notification to employees -no additional education incentive for employees, does not want employees to be certified in medical aesthetics but rather blindly follow corporate policies -focus is on sales and pushing treatments instead of client safety or finding ideal candidates for services -centers are not updated or looked at by management unless favored by upper management, many competing businesses in the area with the same services are noticeably better decorated/kept up and better suited for people paying thousands of dollars for services (tvs, comfortable beds, no holes in walls or leaky ceilings etc.) -not enough monitoring/managing from corporate- many employee issues go unnoticed or are seen and then ignored or passive aggressively handled through mass email -corporate takes forever to do anything as far as repairs or updates or new services
