      Over worked and expect you to stay late if last guest buys. Work life balance was a challenge especially if you have children

      We are sorry to hear you were not able to have work life balance at your center. Many of our associates have been able to find a good work life balance at Ideal Image. Our newly created Center Manager position will help to make sure the workload is being evenly distributed and our associates are being scheduled properly.

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
