Pros
The people you work with are great! Everyone is so friendly and wants you to succeed...they have a good structure in place to help everyone succeed...The company is growing and some things are slow because of the rapid growth but all in all its nothing that will effect you!
Cons
The work life balance needs improvement, 401k march would be nice, there's no PTO rollover and you can't get a payout on days...and it's hard at times to use them.
