Free treatments. I do believe in the services we provide. They do work for the right candidate.
Cons
Constant changes. Horrible marketing decisions. Extreme pay cut due to decisions made by CEO that have extremely hurt the company over the last 10 months. This company use to be a great company to work for. You do work a lot, but it was compensated. Not so much now. Want you to work more, and make way less. This company is a sinking ship. Numbers don't lie. Stocks have dropped dramatically over the last year. Major changes need to be done with the current CEO or I don't foresee much of a future.
