      Pros

      Generous with PTO and monthly bonuses if you hit your goals, free injections and laser hair removal.

      Cons

      Just don’t do it. Staff is over worked and under paid. It’s always stressful, the bonus structure causes fights and tension between coworkers. It’s not worth it.
