Pros

I had such a great experience and looked forward to a long career with Ideal until Bruce Fabel and Steiner became our "leader". He is no different than a play ground bully using fear and lawsuits to manipulate his employees. What once felt like a family company now is cold, uncompetitive, and an industry loser!

Cons

Ideal Image should change its name because it is NO LONGER the company or holds the ideals it use to. Bruce Fabel has turned this once reputable company into a greedy business model with his team of monkeys forced to lead by fear. So sad! They have brought on products and services that the team is NOT ready to administer. The RNs are not skilled enough to do injectables and the lack of results prove it! The cosmetic industry knows this! Unfortunately the buyer doesn't. Bruce doesn't care. It's all about the bottom line. He is from what I hear disrespectful, and chauvinistic. Although I never heard from him personally, even though I was a top producer. He prefers his own sideline activities to engaging with his lead consultants. Do yourself a favor and don't be fooled like the consumers paying for endless marketing. Ideal image is far from Ideal or reputable. Most demeaning hostile work environment. An industry bully! Hope this helps someone make a better life decision.

Our President Bruce Fabel is a kind and compassionate leader with outstanding qualifications. His experience with Nike, Calvin Kline and Universal Studios has helped Ideal Image maintain a phenomenal culture. We provide our licensed healthcare providers with superior training. Our treatment providers must successfully complete online cosmetic injectable training prior to enrolling in our instructor lead hands on training. Our Instructor lead training is provided in house by our Injectable Training Specialist and providers must earn a completion certification. In addition to the hands on clinical training we use our certified Preceptors in the field to provide continuing education and support. Our President has a zero tolerance policy for employees that do not respect our guests and associates. We do use exit interviews in addition to anonymous employee surveys. Bruce has personally visited more than half of our centers asking for employee feedback.
