Pros

Strong leadership from the top down has kept the company going. Good decision-making skills during the COVID pandemic, especially. The safety of the staff was their top priority at the time, and it still is. They don’t hesitate to make crucial decisions. Their encouragement and support go a long way in keeping the staff motivated.

Cons

They could do better on training.

Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

Cons

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
