Pros

Highly supportive and healthy work environment. The schedule is flexible; they’re happy to work with you as long as it’s within reason. Client engagements provide great experience you might not be able to get anywhere else. The staff are dedicated to their jobs. I’d give Ideal Image more than 5 stars if I could.

Cons

It’s a large company, so sometimes there’s delays in communication and things get lost in translation between the different departments.

Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

Cons

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
