      Pros

      I feel valued working for Ideal Image. They pay well and fair for certain issues that have arised over this nationwide pandemic. I have not been micro-managed and to me as a senior sales consultant that is very important to me.

      Cons

      Our internal system to perform all of job duties is salesforce and needs to have many detailed updates to allow for our duties to be much more streamlined and efficient.
