Pros
Good to break into aesthetics and injections. They will take new nurses and train them when most Medspas require 2 years of experience.
Cons
Management does not listen to you. They pack your schedule that leaves no time for charting and can sometimes be unsafe. They change protocol, hours, constantly. Many times you would be working alone because staff would leave all time. They cannot keep staff because they work you into the ground.
