Management is one the money scheme. They are selling you a job just like you’re going to sell customers an overpriced package. You’re going to be slaved to making 8-10 calls a day to have the commission not be anywhere close to what you were promised. Need to make $120k a month to qualify for 4% commission.. or BETTER LUCK NEXT MONTH. BASE PAY IS $1200. They give “Elite Team” all prequalified leads, callers from certain zip codes and demographics, STAFF ADMITTED TO IT. They steal sales to give to their top performers to keep them top. The staff is rude. HR and upper management do not care about you. They are selling you better than you’re going to sell anyone. Good luck, you’ll need it.
