Pros
Most of the regional managers are very knowledgable and can really teach you how to grow. The old owners and employees that had started under there ownership have a lot of skill!!
Cons
The new VP has no business, social or motivating skills. He just adds services with no real game plan, training or advice on how to make it work. He has driven a great company in to the ground.
