Pay was not nearly enough. I switched job roles at one point and we were promised commission in this new role for 6+ months and it never came. Eventually the position was eliminated almost completely and more than half of the team was laid off in early December after rolling with the punches of an entirely new position and never seeing the commission we were promised was coming.
